I am rejecting this response because:
Let me start over here because its my peek season and I work a ton of hours and have not been able to respond properlyPlease follow me in an in an un bias way and you will fully understand where I am coming fromYour towing service was excellent, the tow guy (not sure of his name) talked to me on the phone to as the situation at approximately 1:30pm gave me an ETA of minutesI was fully aware that you guys charge by one hour blocks, was also aware that time started at 1:30pm, I was not aware that you would add time to that block for the drive back, and I see many discrepancies that could go along with this, traffic and other variables, and it would not make sense to bill me on the spot and add that uncalculated time beforehand, and for this reason I assumed that the billing time would have ended at job completionMakes sense right? anyways, this was my train of thoughts, and now onto my adventure on that dayAs I was saying, the service was excellent and I was impressed, the guy beat his ETA and showed up minutes after our phone conversation, not minutes later as stated in your response hereHe took control, was polite, worked hard and fast, he got me out of the ditch in minutes or less, did an amazing jobAt that point I asked him if me could escort me off the freeway because the flatbed had freight hanging off of it, he responded with an "of course, and I will even help you restack it all" I tell him not to worry about that because I don't want to be charged for two hours, and just wanted escorted, he seemed to understandabout min later, we were in the parking lot that he escorted me intoOnce there, he immediately offered to help me restack the load, I tell him "no, don't want to be billed for two hours, and that I will be fine" he says "ok I will just be at my truck filling out the bill" and I say "ok"He starts to walk away, the turns around towards me and my truck and says "just let me help you for a little bit"I was thinking the guy was felling bad for me, so I start trusting him, but also asked him how much time we had before the hour was up, he did not know the time, so I checked my phone and it was 2pm and I said "OK"He helped me for about minutes, and worked hard, and then I demanded that he quite and reminded him for a third time that I did not want to be billed for two hoursHe says "ok" and walks back to his truck and me with him, I give him my card, and then I go back to stacking the freightThe guy spent nearly minutes filling out that slip, charges the card for two hours, tells me he is done and asked me to sign, I was so furious that I chose to not confront him(if that makes sense), I just wanted him to leaveAlso, I was recovering from a near death experience and did not want that extra stress, decided to give it a few and call the towing company to get it resolved and that's when I become infuriated and for good reason.The driver was there, I explain to him why I was upset and felt that being billed was not fair, and the driver began to argue with me by lecturing his overall business expenses and such, and that they bill by the block (including the drive back)I understood then that I had been raped by your company and it completely infuriated meI own a delivery business, have three trucks, and employees, I understand business costsMy thoughts on him lecturing about business costs are thisIf he or your business feels that the service is worth more, then why not charge more per hour, rather then be deceptive and pretend to want to help for just a few minutes and spend minutes filling out a bill just to get into that second block of time? its complete and total nonsenseI am not paying your company for two hours when the total job took minutes, minutes if you include him helping me stack freight that the guy was pushing on me to do? $bucks to pull me out of a ditch? and to top it off, I'm on the Revdex.com complaining and rather then deal with me, your arguing with meI will not tolerate it, your driver knew exactly what he was doing, and I know exactly what he did, your should be ashamed, absolutely no honor or integrity there, just pure deceptionIts not about the money to me, its the principle of the matterI'm just happy there is such things as the Revdex.com, maybe I can get work out that your people are operating the way that you are(including through social media)You should not half too operate that this, you got a great service, just shady as heck practices to rap people out of more money, and then blaming them by telling them to add the time up, and complaining about business expenses and suchNot cool

We received a call from *** *** the driver of the delivery truck that was stuck not *** *** who has filed this complaintUpon talking to the driver at the time of the call our heavy duty manager explained to Mr*** that our fee to recover his vehicle was $per hour from the time
we leave our shop till the time we return to our shopOur driver left our facility at 1:30pm and arrived on the accident location at approximately 2:00pm at which point the recovery beganAfter our driver finished the recovery Mr*** asked our driver to follow him to the closet parking lot because his load was hanging off the side of his truck about feet and asked our driver to help fix his load that had shifted during the accident when they got thereIt was not until almost 2:30pm when Mr*** told our driver he no longer needed his help and began calling people he knew to come help fix his loadOur driver promptly completed the recovery bill and returned to our shop at 3:00pmAs stated by the complainant we charge by the hour, not half hour so by doing the math you can quickly calculate the time we billed for.A refund will not be issued for the misunderstanding/misdirection of your driver
