fit After talking to the tech for over an hour, it was determined this was a Coca Cola Branded Royal Vendor machine. Once the machine was properly identified, customer declined our offer to send the correct correct board for his particular model machine The customer was charged an advanced replacement exchange component service charge, which is non refundable as stated on our website AND on invoices with a date earlier than this transaction that the customer had previously received from us If you have any questions about our advanced replacement service, all details can be found on our website

I am rejecting this response because:I did give the correct model.# and make of machine. Also, tech asked a description of the part ( did it have a blue button or red button on it?) I informed him it was blue and he said that he has it and that it will be sent. They are supppse to be the experts. Their tech was wrong. After receiving part and realizing it was wrong, I immediately called back. Their tech then informed me they did not have the correct part for me so I had to find it elsewhere. Why would I be charged for a part that THEY sent that was incorrect. And that I never used, just sent it right back to them.

Please think twice! Completely rude customer service and they act as though they are doing you a favor. Defective module update kit, zero concern or effort to correct it, never doing business with them again. They earned the F rating.

Review: I have submitted the following letter twice to Capital Vending, and it has now been 91 days since they received the returned item from me.

I am writing in reguards to a phone order I placed with your company on 20 June 2013. I had spoken to [redacted] about installing a coin mechanism and bill validator into a vending machine that had been donated to the Fire Station I work at. She called me back and said it could be done for $450.00. I explained my situation with the machine being donated and my hesitation to spend that kind of money with no garantee that it would have no mechanical issues. She said that if it did not work I could send it back.

I placed the order and received it on 26 June 2013. When I went back on shift I installed the hardware into the machine. Once that was done, I realized that something was wrong with our machine. I had several phone calls to your service department over the course of two weeks getting advice on what to check. After talking to [redacted], I opted to return the hardware to you. It was packaged up in its original packaging, all hardware, a letter from me, & a copy of the bill of sale.

I mailed it on 15 July 2013 & it was delivered to you on 17 July 2013 at 11:57am.

On 15 Aug 2013 I still had not received a refund or had any communication about it, so I called. I spoke to [redacted] and asked if there was anything more I needed to do or provide in order to get a refund and she said "no, you should see it next week".

On 26 Sept 2013 I still had not received a refund or had any communication about it, so I called again. This time I spoke to [redacted]. He said the person I needed to talk to was busy so he took my name and number.

On 03 Oct 2013 I still had not received a refund or had any communication about it, so I called again. I talked to [redacted]. I was put on hold and and when he came back on the phone he asked for my phone number again, so someone could call me back. I explained to him that the week prior he had taken my name and number and no one had called me. He said "all I can do is pass the message".

On 08 Oct 2013 I still had not received a refund or had any communication about it, so I composed the above letter and sent it to the company.

On 15 Oct 2013 I still had not received a refund or had any communication about it, so I called again. I talked to [redacted]. I asked to talk to Britt, because she is the one I originally purchased it from, and was informed that she was out for awhile. [redacted] told me that the person I needed to talk to was **. I asked to talk to him and was told the he was unavailable. I asked when would be a good time and was told there wasn't one. I asked how would be the best way to contact **, and [redacted] reluctantly stated you could leave your contact information, so I did.

On 15 Oct 2013 I still had not received a refund or had any communication about it, so I composed the above letter and sent it to the company.

Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the product that I returned to Capital Vending.

Review: I purchased a Brand New Vendo Soda Machine Refrigeration Deck on 5/17/2011 with a three year warranty (as per customer service & manufacture) I called on June 1st with my problem telling them I had a bad/defective item still under warranty & was told at first they didn't know how long the warranty was for on the product I purchased & after several phone calls they finally admitted my item was still under warranty for a total of 36 months. Then I was told they would try to find a local business to do the repair for them under warranty by a customer service rep named **, after several more phone calls & weeks of waiting for someone to return my calls about my defective/bad part I called them again 7/9/2013 & told them that if someone or ** didn't call me back by the end of business today I would place a formal compliant with there local Revdex.com.This item was sold to me [redacted]Desired Settlement: I purchased a Brand New Vendo Refrigeration Deck that should be in service for at least 10 years & Failed in less than 3 years. I payed $411.33 for this item & based on a 10 year life span at $41.13 a yr, I should be entitled to at least a $287.91 Refund.
