I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action has not resolve my complaint.
John S[redacted] stated in his response that he would have the shirts returned to me by Oct. 21, 2015. He did not return the shirts as of Oct. 22. I called and left a voicemail for him yesterday. I have not have a returned call. He still has my 30 shirts worth $300 and the money I paid for the printing, $180. I need my shirts returned and my money refunded.
