I am rejecting this response because: my answer was not answerd? I can read that we get days storage my question was how can they charge storage when they have no one there for the public to pick up there vehicles??I needed to pick up a vehicle and had my driver was there and they are closed on weekins how can they get away with charging on the weekins when no ones there???

Complainant signed and agreed to be bound by IAA's Auction Rules, (available in full at [redacted]) in registering to buy vehicles at IAA. As stated therein, IAA gives 5 working days of free storage and thereafter charges a daily storage fee.
