Review: I placed an order for a new sofa set with an ottoman to be delivered, they said next day delivery, but I guess they ment next week, when the furniture finally arrived (after seven days on the phone with them), the 3 seater arrived damaged, I gave them the money but held $200 for the last piece and they said I will have a new one in a day or two...its been 23 days and counting, when I call the store to see the status of my missing piece, they say monday...and then wednesday, and then monday again... lie after lie, , finally it arrived two weeks later but damaged again, they said they will order a nother new one from their factory, I should get it on thursday, thursday came...nothing, I call them, they said next tuesday, today is tuesday they r telling me next tuesday again, today they kept me on the phone for 55 min. and then hung up and I had to call 3 more times, for the owner to pick up and yell at me.they are scam artists, they tell u next day delivery, give me money and nothing!!!!!its a shame that you try to help out small businesses by shopping with them and thats how they treat you, and then people wonder why consumers prefer going to big storesshame on them for even being able to talk to consumers and taking money, I want my money back!!!! and forget about sm business owners like them, I work very hard for my money to be taken advantage like thatDesired Settlement: I want a brand new sofa tomorow!!!!
