every visit basis. On November 5, 2015, [redacted] daughter) changed the mailing address to reflect [redacted], Burke, VA [redacted]. As this was the address of record at the time of service, multiple statements were sent to the aforementioned address. Whatever communication issues are taking place between our patient and her mother are not our concern. As the patient was over 18 at the time of service, she had a right to change the address, as an adult. We followed all protocols prior to sending the patient to Collections for failure to pay for services rendered. Therefore, we deny any Wrongdoing and request that any complaint be closed and any derogatory Statements or adjudications on your site be removed.
