Do not go to this facility. They specifically try to charge you as much as possible. Currently contesting charges with my insurance company due to being charged $161 for an annual test that should only be $20 because they listed it as a problem visit rather than a regular visit. An unrelated annual exam SHOULD NOT be charged as a problem visit simply because I wanted to get everything done at once to avoid needing multiple trips.
