Review: I purchased a ticket for an event that was scheduled for Feb. 9th, 2013; the event was rescheduled to March 9, 2013. I had an option to attend the event on March 9th or get a refund. I requested for a refund via email and received a response asking for my address, but never received a refund. I emailed, text, and called [redacted] and still no refund; this has been an ongoing problem for almost 5 months.Desired Settlement: The ticket was $43.19. It's a small amount, but its the principle of the situation.
