Capitol Carwash on 1490 E.Peckham LaneOn April 15, 2016 - went to use the manual car washI used the change machine to get quarters for the wash.I put in a $20.00 bill and got nothing back, no quarters for my moneyI have called the company over 20 times with NO response. Their phone does not accept messages.I have left 2 written messages at their place of business, with NO response.I am very unhappy with this business establishment, and the public needs to be WARNED with a public announcement of some kind - maybe in several newspapers.Product_Or_Service: exchange machineDesired SettlementI want the company to call me, and I want my $20.00 dollars back.I consider this method of doing business as FRAUD, as it is money taken under false pretext and probably needs to be reported to tax boards and the IRS (Internal Revenue Service)Thank you for your time and your attention to this serious matter.Regards,[redacted]
