Horrible customer service. They had my measurements but didnt write my estimate knowing I was coming in that evening to order. Waited over an hour for the salesman to write the estimate, which he had to correct twice due to errors. Was finally quoted a price, signed and gave a 1000 dollar deposit. Was informed 2 days later the job was going to be 1400 dollars more than I signed for. All they said was it was a mistake. Took my thousand back and they will never see me again. I found out why there are reasons to buy from anyone else..
