I am rejecting this response because:I had the new truck less and 24 hours before issues had arose. When the new 2017 truck left me on the side of the road in hail, rain and low temperature I worked under the hood to try to get said vehicle to start. I purchased an extended warranty with my bank for the 2015 which I can not get refunded. I want an extended warranty on the current truck due to the fact I believe the issues happened on Capitol Chevys lot. If you look at mileage of where I live to where I work you will see I did not drive over anything when the first check engine light appeared. Mr. [redacted] can tell you and has stated that there is no mesquite to drive on on my route here. Why should I have to purchase two extended plans for one truck I didn't keep due to faulty parts? I financed an extra 14 thousand dollars to be in a reliable vehicle that left me stranded and missing work but have no care for if something happens even when I spent a tremendous amount of money to have something reliable? I have many pictures stored. Can not accept

intentional charging of any amount over and above what has specificallybeen discussed and approved by the customer. We have provided the customer with a signed copy of the service invoicereflecting an amount of $895.20, and she acknowledges that it is indeed hersignature on the invoice.  If thecustomer is able to provide us with her copy of the original receipt that wasgiven to her I am confident that the two would agree.  If by some unusual chance it did not agree wewould certainly go above and beyond to make it right and honor the price shewas quoted.Regarding the failure to provide the original receipt, it isour business practice to electronically scan all service invoices and repairorders and destroy the originals.  Thisis a common practice and is not at all unusual nor out of the ordinary.  An original copy was provided to the customer,and the production of that copy would certainly go a long way towards clearingup this unfortunate incident.We do not want dissatisfied customers.  But we honestly feel that the charges werelegitimate and approved, and the documents in our possession support thatcontention.

Please find attached a copy of the check payable to Mr. [redacted] dated 1/20/17.  It cleared the bank on 1/26.
