Per my investigation and discussion with service manager, we received a yelp Review from Mr [redacted] last month stating his bumper had been damagedService manager [redacted] personally reached out to Mr [redacted] and set an appointment for 2/20/to have his vehicle repairedMr [redacted] missed his appointment I am not [redacted] to confirm the claim that phone calls are not being returned, but not returning calls is unacceptable I will further investigate and counsel the responsible individualsService Manager [redacted] is attempting to contact Mr [redacted] to reschedule an appointment Meanwhile, Mr [redacted] is encouraged to contact Service Manager [redacted] directly at [redacted] so that we can take care of his concern [redacted] ***Capitol Chevrolet
Capitol Chevrolet has been in business for nearly yearsand that would not have been possible if we conducted business the way thiscomplaint claims It is unfortunate that there has been thisapparent misunderstanding of the cost of the repairs, but we do not promote norcondone the intentional charging of any amount over and above what has specificallybeen discussed and approved by the customerWe have provided the customer with a signed copy of the service invoicereflecting an amount of $895.20, and she acknowledges that it is indeed hersignature on the invoice If thecustomer is able to provide us with her copy of the original receipt that wasgiven to her I am confident that the two would agree If by some unusual chance it did not agree wewould certainly go above and beyond to make it right and honor the price shewas quoted.Regarding the failure to provide the original receipt, it isour business practice to electronically scan all service invoices and repairorders and destroy the originals Thisis a common practice and is not at all unusual nor out of the ordinary An original copy was provided to the customer,and the production of that copy would certainly go a long way towards clearingup this unfortunate incident.We do not want dissatisfied customers But we honestly feel that the charges werelegitimate and approved, and the documents in our possession support thatcontention

Regarding our customer Ms [redacted] , we were initially unable to obtain several documents that were required to complete this car deal, which led to this complaint We never tried to “scam” her as she suggests We have since been able to get that information from Ms [redacted] and the car deal is now completed and she owns the vehicle I would request Ms [redacted] to please contact me directly if there remain any outstanding issues that need resolution[redacted] ***General ManagerCapitol Chevrolet
