I apologize for the late reply to your notice dated February 26, 2018, this just reached my desk Mr*** was a vendor at our Terre Haute Indiana Trader Buck's Flea Market location beginning on 9/1/17. Mr*** moved out of his booth, without proper notice, on 2/28/18.
When Mr*** gave written notice on January 5, 2018, he was informed, per our policy (attached), his effective date for moveout would be 3/31/18, which was different than the date Mr*** put on his written notice (see manager comments on the attached written notice). Mr*** then informed management he was moving out the end of February, NOT end of March Since Mr*** made the decision to move out without proper notice, he was charged for the month of March, per his contract and also forfeited his $security deposit(see section on attached policy) Despite Mr*** being advised in advance that he would not be meeting our notice requirements, he chose to move out early, leaving his space vacant for days. He was advised regarding the forfeiture of his deposit and the charge for March rent and chose to leave anyway. He has since left several social media posts and other comments stating we ripped him off. I have forwarded these posts to our attorney for possible action against Mr***, as he is in clear violation of a contract that he signed and went against the policies that were outlined to him in writing as well as in conversation with our management team Mr*** is not due any refund and is owed nothing Lee Stichter President Traders Buck Flea Markets [email protected]

John [redacted].. the clerk gave me the move out date in writing on the 30 day move out form in Jan. ..Feb.2,is the day I moved out., not the 28 of Feb. also I sold $5 on Feb.2. that money is gone too .when I ask for my file it too was gone.....
