The first title issued from the Illinois Secretary of State’s
office had the vehicle mistakenly listed as a BMW XVs an Xwhich the vehicle
actually isThe customer returned the title to our center and an attempt was
made to have the Secretary of State’s office issue a corrected
titleUnfortunately,
the corrected title issued by the Secretary of State’s office, again mistakenly
showed the vehicle as an X3? The customer returned the second incorrect title
and we have now made a third request with the Secretary of State’s office to
have the title corrected and are awaiting what will now be the third title
issued for the vehicleWe have contacted the customer with an update

On April 4th 2015 I purchased a 2014 [redacted] from Mr Joseph M. at Patrick Cadillac in Schaumburg Illinois.
I am writing to you because I would hate for the next customer to go through my most recent experience. On the date mentioned above, I had brought in my 2010 [redacted] with the sole intention of upgrading to a newer model. I was very happy and content with my 2010 model when I had first purchased it that I decided to go back when the time came for a newer car.
At the time of purchase I had specifically stated that I wanted everything in my current vehicle to remain but with the upgraded [redacted] That specifically included navigation, ** radio, and DVD entertainment for rear passengers. I was shown a 2014 SRX and was told that it had everything with the exception of DVD entertainment. After careful consideration, I decided that was something I could go without and continued on with the purchase.
The following day, I followed the instructions provided and set up my [redacted] account and asked for directions. Directions were "sent" to the vehicle but lo and behold, there was no map guidance. I looked up the information on this service and discovered that I had not gotten the navigation system I had expected. I called Joseph the very next day to voice my concern. He asked I come into the dealer to try and straighten everything out.
The following off day I had available I went back to the dealer, and was first offered 3 year [redacted] package free of charge. I declined. He then went to the general manager Enzo Costa. He then came back with an offer for the upgraded navigation system but with an added cost to me of $600.00. I had asked if it was going to be installed into the cue system with warranty and he confirmed yes, so I agreed. We set a date of April 23rd installation.
On the date of installation I brought the vehicle in early in the morning. The service department was unaware of the service that was arranged but efficiently set me up with a loaner car and promised to get it taken care of once Joseph arrived.
Later on that day, having not heard anything, I called the dealer to make sure everything was ok and for an estimated time of completion. No information was able to be provided and I was instructed to call back the following day but in the meantime, "Pete" was very helpful and had indicated that they had found a distortion on my screen and was also going to be fixing that issue as well as the installation. The following day I called back and Pete notified me that the service would unfortunately have to be carried over the weekend and will probably be done by either Monday or Tuesday. He then verified if I was ok in the current loaner vehicle and promised that either Joseph or he was to call me back as soon as the car was ready.
On Monday April 27th, Joseph called me back late afternoon to tell me that my car was ready for pick up. I had arranged with him to pick up the vehicle the following day being that it was 5pm and I was headed downtown for a meeting. I indicated I would be there by 4pm.
On April 28th at 4pm, I arrived at the dealer to retrieve my vehicle. Joseph was on lunch and no one was sure of where my vehicle was. Joseph was called and within 10 minutes arrived and my car was brought to the front. He then proceeded to show me the system and to my surprise it was a navigation system but not the factory installed cue system navigation. It was [redacted] - aftermarket navigation system. I cannot stress how disappointed I was in the childlike interface appearance, and method of access to the system. I was expecting the [redacted] with the operational "NAV" button to be used for access.
I realize I am a single customer and probably of no importance to you and that my single purchase would probably make no difference to the "bottom line" of your profit revenue but [redacted] has always been my definition of success. From the time I was a little girl I had the idea in my mind that I wasn't "successful" until I obtained that dream car. I felt that success, and I knew I had made it when I bought my 1st [redacted] I cannot state how disappointed I am in this experience and in this car. I am saddened to say that I will no longer be purchasing any [redacted] nor will I ever do business with your company again. I will also make sure everyone I come in contact with will hear my experience on this matter.
