Review: I left my rug with them in October 2013 They were supposed to clean it and take out the odor of pet urine. They kept it for many months, and one time when I asked for it they said they had had to send it back because the sub-contractor had not done a good job. Another time when I asked for it they said it wasn't ready because it was still in a special room to take the odor out. Finally, in March 2014, they called to say it was ready. However, when I went to pick it up (at the Gateway location, which was where I had left it) they could not find it. A couple of weeks later they called again to say they had found it. So I went to pick it up on May 14. When I opened the plastic cover over it, I immediately smelled urine. And when I looked at the rug, it there were parts of it that had hairs and dirt on it as if it had never been cleaned.

In the past, when they have not done a good job they have refused to refund money and insisted on re-doing things, with mixed results. This time I am not willing to let them try again. I want a refund of my money because they had the rug for more than 5 months which I feel is long enough. I also don't want to leave it with them again because at one point they lost it. I just want the $30 that I prepaid them back so I can take it somewhere else.Desired Settlement: I would like them to refund my payment of $30 so I can take the rug to another cleaner.
