I agree that I used the information given by the contact persons because at the time, that is the only contact numbers I hadI did cancel this offer the day they contacted me, therefore I did not have time too receive their package to get additional contact informationI am satisfied with their decision as long as they don't try and pursue this in the future

This client signed up and completed a quality control call where he responded...

affirmatively to the following questions.
Do you understand we are not a debt settlement company and do not settle your debts? Do you understand the fees you pay are for our services and do not go to your creditors?
After completing this process we send a welcome email with all our contact information for the client to reach us. We then begin working and our set up work to begin work on the client file.
All clients do have a right to rescind the contract and that is one of the reasons we make sure they have all of our contact information. Apparently the client was using the enrollment agent's phone and fax number for communications instead of the contact information we provided. We will honor those communications as if they had come to our office in a timely manner.
We have contacted the client he said the draft did not clear his bank. We have given him the correct contact information should he have any other problems so he can contact us directly.
