I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and do not find that this resolution as satisfactory to meI will pursue continued efforts to eliminate the erroneous report placed in my credit report by this other company I am very pleased with the information Revdex.com obtained so I may contact the parties involved in entering erroneous and damaging information into my credit report and will obtain services via attorney to sue the company that entered this erroneous and damaging information on my credit record.Thank you, Revdex.com for all your effort and hard work in doing such a great service for people like me, who have no one to turn to when companies try to hurt people with lies on credit reports. We have never spoken to the patient. Patient has never disputed the debts with us. There are 3 debts. One of them will be removed from credit bureau reporting in March 2015. The other two will remain as credit bureau reported until 2017. However, none of them were scheduled...

for removal in Oct. 2014. MBB has never purchased any debt from Capitol and it has never been discussed. Capitol Emergency Associates is not contracted with the patient’s insurance, [redacted].  Therefore, any amount deemed as not covered under the patient’s policy/plan is the patient’s financial responsibility.  The patient did acknowledge at the time of discharge from the...

emergency department that they would be financially liable for any amounts not covered by their health insurance policy.  Further, upon review of the account activity, there is no indication that the patient contacted our office, either by phone or by mail, regarding the outstanding amount.  Due to the non-response from the patient, the account was subsequently forwarded to the collection agency for further collection activities.  While the account is not able to be removed from the collection agency, we will be glad to instruct the agency to place the account on a 30-day hold in order to provide the patient with additional time to pay the outstanding balance and/or work out a payment plan.
