I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until we are in Arizona in October to ensure the repairs meet our expectations.

Capitol Fence Builders is very sorry for taking so long to respond to this matter, we did send our crew out on August 28,2015 to repair the welds.Again I am sorry for us taking so long to respond .  Here are copies of the emails between our salesman and Mr [redacted].

I started this past summer to have my backyard fence and gate replaced. Mine was old and rusted out. I called Capitol Fence and I spoke with Gene S[redacted] and he came out almost immediately to give me a quote. No problem!!! After I had several quotes, Capitol Fence got the bid. Gene was anxious to get started and so were we. I also got my neighbor with whom we share a common fence with to go along with him too. He came by and told us when to expect the new fence to be put in, within 2 weeks he said. No problem!!! BIG PROBLEM!!! After the 2 weeks lapsed, I called to see what was the hold up and Gene told me that they had run into some other jobs that were causing our backup. He said another week. Ok!! Another week passes and still no fence....thank goodness we had not given him any money to start the project otherwise I'd be howling to the moon and back!! After about a month of delays, we got a call from Gene saying he was going to start the following week. Fine!! He actually came through on his promise and my fence along with my neighbors fencing got installed. The only issues other than being put off time and time again, was that my gate didn't work properly from the get go. It was difficult to open, but we attributed it to being newly painted and just needed to be used a bit. HAH!!! It has now been nearly 4 months and we can no longer open the latch AND if we do get it open we need a hammer to lock it!!! I have called and left messages for Gene and I have also sent several text messages (he did ask for pics of which I was happy to supply) and an email....and STILL NO NEW GATE/LATCH!! He refuses to answer my calls, he only answers my texts IF I badger him and then he throws me a bone, but still as to this date, no new gate or latch. I still can't use my gate to get in and out of and it's a brand new fence!!! I would not recommend this company to anyone, the customer service is deplorable!! I can't understand how they have gotten an A+ rating with the Revdex.com and have had several good reviews.
