A letter from the Revdex.com in reference to Revdex.com Complaint ID [redacted] was sent to myold business address; hence I have just received this letter since the post office forwarded it to me. Ihave given my new address to the Revdex.com. To be sure you do have it ... Capitol FcnceInc, 214 Jamie Lynn Circle, Pickerington Ohio 93147. Please adjust your records to reflect this so Ican respond to correspondence from the Bureau in a timely manner. Thank you for your attention tothis matter.In regards to Mrs. [redacted]'s response to my last correspondence; since she withdrewfunds already paid to Capitol Fence Inc. after the work was completed and filed a complaint with theRevdex.com instead of working out the issues with thc company; all prior agreements become nill and void.Once Mrs. [redacted]'s fence was completed she agreed everything was done to hersatisfaction and the fence contract was paid in full. After a few days she was still upset about theboards, thought we were using cheaper boards and she decided to withdraw the money she hadalready paid the company. Regarding her statement in regards to a refund on the fence boards; theboards used on her fence were standard fence boards that are used on all fence jobs; there is nocredit due as she is implying.In order to get this resolved Mrs. [redacted] can write a check to Capitol Fence Inc. for thetotal due ($1400) and send it to the Revdex.com for hold until the following work iscompleted:1 . Gate will be adjusted2. Hardware will be addressed3. The caps on the posts will be removed and adjusted height wise (if any caps are damaged itwill be her responsibility to replace since she purchased the caps)4. The workmanship warranty will be for 2 years as stated in the contractOnce the work is completed, I will have Mrs. [redacted]'s sign a letter of completion and theRevdex.com will forward the check to Capitol Fence inc.I have owned and operated Capitol Fence Inc. for over 36 years, I stand behind my work and havealways in the past been able to get any issues resolved with my customers, which are few and farbetween. All work was finished on Sat. the 17th. Do to a sharp down grade on the side of his home one gate couldn't be used. A credit to his charge card for the gate was given on Monday the 19th. Three issues came up that was beyond our control 1. Material from supplier was...
delayed until the afternoon of Oct. 4 then on unloading the material found they sent the wrong quantity of post were sent. 2. Ground loaded with rocks and extremely hard soil a lot of hand digging and pry bar work to clear holes. 3. Concrete was used and had to wait over night to hang gates. Homeowners thought this would be done in one day and couldn't understand why it took two and half days
