I do not know who [redacted] is or had any dealings with him, but at that address we worked for a [redacted] and did install a high effboiler for herIn the initial first weeks we installed the boiler she had called for a noise issue we responded and looked at the unit and made several adjustments and told her if it did not work we would returnWhen she called us back and said it was still noisey we replaced the draft motor for her and readjusted the boilerA little over a year later she called with a gas smell and she had national fuel come over and they shut off her gasWe returned and fixed a gas leak for her and national fuel returned and turned the gas back on for herThis year she called with another gas leak and national fuel shut gas off to the boiler only, we arrived the same day she called and looked over boiler and tightened a fitting up and replaced a gasket and put the boiler back in service for themI am sorry she is having problems but we have responded to all of the issues and have done everything for her under the warranty and will continue to do so for her

for repairRepairs included an evaporator, thermostatic expansion valve (TXV), and a receiver drier filterIn order to complete the repairs the dash will need to be removed in order to gain access to the heater caseWe believe our diagnosis addresses the root cause and proposes the proper long term fix of Mr ***’s concernCustomer declined all recommended repairs, and decided to pick up his vehicle on June 6, Customer was charged a diagnostic fee which was agreed upon vehicle drop off

I accept vacineks refund however I was not offered an option to unplug boiler by the tech only that my boiler needed to be replaced which it's only years oldTwo years ago I had them come out the tech did do some sortof cleaning & replaced a part all was fine The company that I called after vacineks came said he had never seensuch a plugged boiler & it should have been clear that it was plugged upon axaminationThe company s techspent hours on it and it's working great Sincerely*** ***

HelloI have talked to the tech. who was out to see Mrs. [redacted]n.  We were out and looked at the boiler on the 27th and it was running at that time, when we received the call on the 30th we dispatched the same tech to the location right away. not know what happened between the 27th and 30th but it was offered to replace the unit at that time or clean it. The tech. who was out is very experienced with over 20 years in the field and we never have problems with his work. The customer was going to call us back when the made their decision on what they wanted done.  We were paid $70.68 at the time of the boiler check on the 27th. I am sorry the customer had problems with the boiler and will refund her the  $70.68. Thank You
