Capitol-Husting Company, Inc.

As a small business owner I have to buy product from this company and only them no other company in Wisconsin can sell the same liquor per territory. They can sell to big establishments and give them great discount but as a small business owner those discount are not passed down to us because we cant afford to sit on lots of inventory. Plus we can get a discount on there product if we buy the product that we are already selling if we sell there free new product for them.. that I don't need. (If I don't take it no discount). It is one of those issue's take it and like it. The Wisconsin Law states if you have a liquor licensee for a restaurant you are only allowed to buy six bottles for the year from a retail liquors stores. If the state comes in to check my business I have to show a receipt that the product that was purchase did in fact come from that a liquor disturber. If I do not have a receipt the state of Wisconsin can fine me. The price difference for the small business owner can be from $1.00 per bottle to $20 per bottle different in price
