I am rejecting this response because:
*** *** had advised if I paid the vet directly she would remove from collectionsI have a witness and proof I paid her directlyI was in no way aggressive so lets not lie, I have been very pleasant havent left reviews or filed anything in court as of yet but I will if needed again I have a witness who was with me when I paid *** and she mentioned all of thiAlso as I told *** when I stopped working there you were supposed to transfer the account out of my name and into my exes which you did not and we wrote out a form...again this is on you and again I have two witnesses to this occassionyou failed and messed up this is your responsibilityi never signed anything therefore contract is void and I do not owe them anythingif you refuses to fix your mistakes I will just dispute the charge and file in court as again I have MULTIPLE WITNESSES!

To Whom It May Concern,We receied a notice that a complaint was filed against us by [redacted] regarding her outstanding balance with or business, Capitol Illini Veterinary Services, LTD. Her account was turned over to [redacted] collections on 11/21/2013 as well as on 1/27/2014. This decision was...

made on the fact that she had not made a payment on her account since 8/1/2012. She was sent multiple late notices and was informed she would be sent into collections. She later wrote 2 checks which were returned due to Insufficient funds. She has had a running balance from 6/2/2012, despite repeated attempted for payment. On 11/20/2013, she signed a form which reads:Payment is expected in full at the time of service. A finance charge of 1.5% applied to all accounts unpaid after 30 days. A billing charge of $2.00 is added monthly. A 35% of the unpaid balance will be applied to any account that isbeing referred to a collection agency.When turned into collections, she did not make payments to us and I am unsure if she paid the balance they requested. [redacted] notified her of this, but she continued to call us to pay her bill, which is legally out of our hands.On 12/5/2017, [redacted] called and aggressively confronted our bookkeeper regarding her account. She stated she didn't owe us anything, and that she would sue us if we didn't stop ruining her credit. We informed her that yes, she did not owe us, but she owes the law firm for legal fees. She hung up and did not call back to discuss. She has been turned over to [redacted] in Springfield IL by [redacted] collections.In closing, [redacted] was turned into collections on 11/21/2013 and on 1/27/2014.
