Pat from Capitol Improvements came out to survey my leaking windows - he had a great attitude and a wealth of knowledge which I appreciated as a first time home buyer. He showed me the problem, educated me on why the problem existed, and walked me through the best solution to fix it. He was very honest and professional from the first interaction through the end of the window installation project. He has great response time which I appreciated as the customer.
