Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because aside from requesting a contact person in my prior response rejection, I requested a clear and specific proposal of what will be done by Capitol Kia to resolve this matter I have sent another e-mail to [redacted] to attempt to get such a proposal in writing, but due to his prior non-response to my correspondence, I am also requesting a proposal through this complaint to ensure I receive a response with specifics for a proposed resolution Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: By accepting the check, it does not confirm to the tax admin the fact that I am NOT using the car for my own personal business(I do not have a business)Aside from the phone conversation IF accept the check (noted a $check has been mailed) it doe not clarify to the City of Austin that I do not have a business. ALSO, the $will be changed to me for EACH year I have the car leasedI have a year leaseONE check for $will not cover all years that I will have the car

I am rejecting this response because: Even if my car was not apart of the trade in deal, I was still told
by the salesman that my car was going to be picked up from the lenderI was finally told that my car was still at the dealership the same day I dropped off the new vehicleSo had I known my car was still there I would've picked it up with no problems but that wasn't the caseI spoke with Rush Chevrolet and they explained that my vehicle was returned back to Capitol Kia the very next day that when *** took it to them the day beforeI spoke with a manager at the KIA dealership and they haven't looked at any footage from the surveillance camera to see if truly someone at their dealership was driving my carI want them to look at the videos to see if it is true or not because I will not pay for anything I didn't mess up especially if my car was at their dealership.

*** ***,*** *** apologize for what you feel to be a sub par experience hereWe want only to have happy customersOur preowned cars are sold AS-ISWe also bought this car with only one key and without the owners manualIf the truck would have came to us with it, we would have gave them
to the purchaserIn some cases this will happenWe do want you to be a happy customer, therefore if you pay for the owners manual at a Toyota dealership we will reimburse you for the costAs for the key, we can have one of our venders cut you a spare key at no chargeSecond, as for the credit inquires, we try our best to get where our customers need to be in order to have there payments in most cases low as possibleWe were only trying to accommodate where you needed to be on payment. Ashley, I have spoken to Ms*** *** in regards to her Revdex.com complaint. I explained to her that she is exempt from property tax in *** county due to her signing the non income producing affidavit. However, the city of Austin is one of a few municipalities in the state of
Texas that has opted out of this exemption. Therefore, the city of Austin is charging the lease municipal property tax. This is explained on the front of the lease contract. However, as a business decision in good faith we have agreed to pay the $property tax fee to Ms*** in form of a company check. This check will be mailed out by 2/9/16. Per our conversation earlier today Ms*** has accepted these terms. If you have any further questions or comments please feel free to contact me directly.
