We have been through a bunch of plumbers over the years. For one reason or another they came and went. Some did an average job, others not. We like to have relationships with our contractors so this was important category that needed to be filled.
We developed a particularly troublesome plumbing issue so we began asking friends and neighbors about plumber recommendations and [redacted] came up a couple of times. We called, made an appointment and he showed up on time. What a pleasant surprise.
He took a lot time to understand the issue and measured this and measured that. He determined that the solution was a leaking toilet. We didn't see any evidence of any leaks. The problem was noticed when we ran the shower how can that be? He reset the toilets, snaked the drains and voila, problem solved.
His process showed us that he has expertise built on years of experience and he thinks before he does any work. He's our go to plumber now and we highly recommend him (and his son). This is a second generation business with the third generation in the business, We like that too.
