Poor Customer Service and Customer Appreciation:
I have been a customer of Capitol Mazda for 12 years. I bought my car from them and brought my car to them for all service needs, including oil changes. My air conditioner stopped working so I brought to them. They diagnosed the problem and it cost $1000.00 to have them perform the work.... they replaced my compressor stating it was leaking and then refilled the gas. The first time I went to use it (3 weeks later), it did not work again. Brought it back. Now they say its the condenser leaking and will be another $1000.00 to fix. I have been calling the Service Manager for a week now and have left several voicemails, no call backs.
It is my belief they have mis-diagnosed the problem and Service Manager neglects to call loyal customers back.
