I received an email from Capitol One stating that they are processing a payment for an account I do not haveThey want my S.S# to address the issue I received an email from Capitol One on July stating that they are processing a payment for that posted on July I called them to let them know I have never had an account with them and for them to take me out of their system They refused to help me if I did not give them my social security numberThe said there is no other way to help me I did not give them that information and they stated they will not help me
