We have done our best to resolve this situation with Ms*** When Ms*** made this reservation she selected an option that provided her with a great rate but the condition was that this rate would be non-refundable See below:"Book early and save with our advanced purchase rate!

In making the reservation there is a special popup box with these exact terms and conditions See below:"Policies:Room Policies [Double Guest Room]Cancellation Policy:If you cancel, the forfeiture amount will be percent.Deposit Policy:Full Payment required at time of booking.Terms & Conditions:Chetime after p.mCheck-out time 11amRates subject to changePet Policy - $per pet per day fee Children years or younger stay free with an adultRollaway Bed: $a night Crib: $a night hour cancellation policy except for non refundable bookings or noted in Rate Plan detailsSo, she had the chance to review these policies twice in the reservations process She had to agree to the terms and conditions to be able to finalize her reservation As noted in the details of the reservation, "if cancelled or changed" she loses her prepayment But we offered her the ability to change her dates And the only dates she would accept are the dates where our hotel has been sold out for over a year So we feel that she selected the dates in October that would have correllated to our Lincoln University Homecoming that traditionally falls on the 2nd or 3rd weekend in October But this year they changed Homecoming to the 3rd weekend in September when we were sold out Why else would she not accept our offer for any other dates And her way of trying to force the issue is to bash us in any and all forums available She has done Trip Advisor, Yelp, Facebook and now you We have consistently held to what I have given you as facts in the case She is not due a refund and will not get one We will offer her another nights stay but not when we're sold out
