I've been going to Midas in Chillicothe ohio for years always so nice and polite but today was exceptional the manager [redacted] met me at my car was so polite and nice, the place is very clean and they honestly are all about customer service Thank you so much this is why we choose MidasExcellent
I went to Midas today no appointment and was happily greeted at the door by a very nice ladyI needed an oil change she got me right in The place looked great very clean I was asked to go out to my car for a walk around the manager [redacted] and the tech explained to me that my pads were getting close to replacing, they told me that the next oIL change they would look again and replace them for me for only a price that I felt was very reasonable I will be coming back [redacted] walked us to the door even Great customer service Great pricing Chillicothe ohio
I posted the previous complaintSince then I have been contacted by a Midas representativeThey admitted to a simple mistake in the billingThis issue has been corrected and handled in a professional manner
I went to Midas in Stow, OH for a serpentine belt and my car overheatingThey replaced the belt without a hitchHowever, the told me that I needed a whole new radiator, new hoses, and $2,worth of work just to get my car running correctly again(This was over two daysThe first day was the belt, then I discovered the overheating, five minutes from the store) They also told me that I had no oil in my car, when the day before they said I had, along with other minor issues that apparently went wrong in less than hoursWhen my husband told them that we were not willing to put that amount of money into the car, they dropped the price to $1,200, then again to $when I still refused(The car will not pass e-check)When my husband than called them again to tell them we are taking the car to get a second opinion, they haggled with him that they could take more off and then got snooty when my husband still said we were taking it somewhere else and that we will be there in minutes and to have it off the liftOnce we arrived, he proceeded to show me where my hoses leakedThe second opinion I got said I only needed a new radiator cap and a new hose and quoted me $I can see why Midas didn't want us to get the second opinion
