Capitol Shopping Mall

Review: I purchased a sweatshirt for my daughter online through Capital shopping mall. The website states the store is located in DC. The sweatshirt came from a Virginia address. My daughter didn't like the sweatshirt. So I called and spoke with Sam to see where I should return the sweatshirt to. He told me to send it back to the VA address & that he would also reimburse me for the shipping charge. I had kept the package it came in, so I took it to the post office and mailed it back on 7.5.14 along with all of my purchase & contact information. I called to speak with Sam 2 weeks later and he rushed me off the phone & said he'd call me back after 6pm. He never did. I tried calling the store # several times and no one answered the phone and the ans machine was full. I did get through one day and left a message on the ans machine, but never got a call back. I was on to his scam. He had caller ID. I called today from a private line and caught him off guard. He said he was on the phone and asked me to call back in 15 minutes. I told him NO. He but me on eternal hold. So I hung up. He has no intentions of reimbursing me for the sweatshirt ($36.95) or for shipping it back to them. I have the tracking # from the post office and they got the sweatshirt back on 7.7.14.Desired Settlement: I'm just looking for a refund to my credit card.
