I was very disappointed with the lack of service provided by this Agency. I was called in for an interview followed by 3 tests to access my skills. I scored high on everything but was never contacted for a job. I called several times to follow-up and *** could not provide me with solid answers as to why there were jobs posted on their website and I applied to them which I was very qualified but I wasn't getting contacted on anything. She never offered any services or suggestions to assists me with getting hired. To add insult to injury she claimed that some of the jobs that I applied to were already closed. So I asked her why was it on the company website? She just apologized. Further more I checked and she never called any of my references. I found her actions to be very unprofessional. I feel as though I was never called because of my race, which is African American, and I wish I could prove it. I'm done with this horrible experience with them.

*** came into our office and was very professional. ***'s recruiter has worked very hard on her sending her resume to numerous clients including sending her resume to the 2 positions she was initially interested in. Her resume was submitted on 7/10 which was the day she came into our office for the HR Manager and Payroll Specialist position. We did not receive any feedback as to why she wasn't selected for an interview. Unfortunately, we do not decide who our clients interview. These 2 clients hired internally for the positions. On 8/7, it is noted that *** called irate and rude to her recruiter wanting to know why she hasn't gotten an interview. Her recruiter again explained to her that we do not decide who interviews where. *** told her she was interested in administrative work (she has previously stated HR/Payroll as position desired). Since then, her recruiter has submitted her resume for several other administrative positions but we have not received an offer for an interview. In my review of getting information for this response, I noticed since 2011 her work history has not been stable. Most of our clients rely on us to refer candidates with recent stable work history. Placing someone has nothing to do with race. More than 60% of the people we place are minorities. Again, finding someone a job depends on the person's qualifications and what specific jobs we have at the time of the job search.
