I have NEVER experienced anything this unpleasant in my life This business started calling me in NovemberMrN [redacted] left one message on my home phone stating he had a business matter to discuss with meI did not know who he was so did not call him back He had also been calling my cell but did not leave a message as to who he was or why he was calling He began to call two of my sons repeatedly telling them he needed to talk to me about a business matterHe then called my work and left the same messageWhen I called him he was immediately condescending and rude He told me his calls were in regards to a medical bill, that I must have had an operation and that I hadn't paidHe referred to the medical business as his client and said that it was going to be taken to judgementI said I would look into it, call my insurance company and the medical office to see what had happenedI asked him not to call my work (I am a teacher and it is not the front office staff's job to take my messages when I have a cell and home phone) or my sons while I was working on thisHe continued to call my work EVERYDAYHe repeatedly called my cell phone and my sons phonesIt was difficult for me to contact the business as it was Thanksgiving weekendI finally got in contact with the office manager at the medical office and I paid them directlyHe then called my husband and started berating him because I kept saying I'd pay and I hadn'tMy husband would not let him speak because he was so rudeI called him to let him know I had paidHe was angry that I had paid the office and demanded a confirmation numberHe said he would keep calling and attempting to collect until I provided itI got the number, called Thunderbird Collection Specialists and left a message for him, stating that I would NOT talk to him again, ever As I stated I have never been treated so rudelyThis was abusive and completely unprofessionalI cannot express in writing how this man made me feelIt was an awful experience for an old $bill that I didn't even know I had
