We have sent off all the account information to the department that will be able to fix the credit on the account. I talked with Mr. [redacted] yesterday and gave him a update on the issue. account executive and to the district manager and should have this resolved today or tomorrow. It takes time for the team to put the credits back on the account. I just called my district manager to get a update and he is now calling the team that is in charge of fixing this. We should have this done very quickly. In the future I would like to give you a discount on any items you might need for your phones. Just come see me and I will be able to give you a discount. I will also give you a call shortly and give you a update. I'm very sorry this happened. I have corrected [redacted] on the process of what we were doing with your credits and it will not happen again in the future.
