her day-to-day expenses, so information was requested regarding any additional income. Additional information was not received, so her application was initially denied and she was provided with the opportunity to appeal I spoke to *** *** on June 22, 2017, following her complaint to the *** *** *** In our telephone conversation, I expressed the concern regarding her income and she explained that her family had been assisting her with her bills. Based on this additional information, a Form *** *** Certification of Income and Expenses, was sent to Ms*** to itemize the assistance she was receiving from others. The completed *** *** was received via fax on June 30, 2017, at which time her application was processed and approved for propane assistance.
