I paid for a Groupon at this business for a complete auto detailI called a week ahead of the expiration date, but they couldn't fit me in before then so I had to settle for an appointment weeks after the callAfter I dropped the car off, they called to tell me that they wouldn't honor the Groupon since it had expired (would have been nice to know that when I booked the appointment)They said that they would need an extra $to perform the serviceI not-so-politely declined their offer and talked (on the phone) to the manager which led to raised voicesWhen I went to pick up the car, the manager accused me of being drunk (I had to leave work to drop off the car), threatened to call the police, and took poses that were meant to be physically threatening
