I have reviewed the response made by the business in...
reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is SUMWHAT SATISFACTORY to me. They have been unreliable in the past in setting a date and then not showing or calling to let us know that they were not going to be here and when they would be able to come back. They can say they will be here Sept 3rd, weather permitting. But seeing is believing!!! I DO NOT WANT TO CLOSE THIS CASE until I see that they will actually show up and resolve this problem.

I'm surprised to be getting this email! This customer has been taken care of for sometime now. He was scheduled to get the concrete sections replaced and we have been to his home. This project is underway. Capozzi Paving & Concrete Inc.###-###-#######-###-#### Fax
