Dear Ms***: This will acknowledge your letter dated November 30,
enclosing *** ***'s complaintI have investigated this matter with the assistance of *** ***, Vice President of Operations - TennesseeMs*** obtained a loan from our World Finance Corporation office in *** ***, Tennessee on June 16, in the amount of $and agreed to repay it in (12) monthly installments of $beginning July 16, Our records indicate the payoff as of the date of this letter is $1391.92. We ask our customers to contact the branch on or before their due date if their payment is going to be lateWhen our office didn't receive a payment or hear from Ms***, they contacted her on July 17, to remind her of her paymentShe advised the branch at this time that she would have a payment to the office the same dayAfter several broken promises a payment was finally received on August 14, and a second payment on October 23, (which was later returned for insufficient funds on November 5, 2015)The account was not brought current so the branch tried to contact Ms*** to work out other arrangements to help get the account current and to reestablish communication. Ms*** claims the branch refused to accept her payment of $in NovemberAt each loan signing the representative closing the loan explains the terms of the loan (which includes the amount financed, finance charges, payment amount and due date) to each customer and, if the customer agrees to the terms, the customer signs a loan contractFor the loan in dispute (#***) Ms*** agreed to repay the loan in the terms listed above and signed the contractAs the payments were previously agreed to at the loan signing, we were unable to accept anything less than the full contractual payment due at the time Ms*** came in the office ($including late fees as of the date of this letter). After a thorough investigation, the account was charged off due to non-payment on December 9, at which time all contact from the branch office ceasedWe apologize for any inconvience we may have caused in an attempt to reestablish communicationPlease be advised that Ms*** made a legal commitment to repay this loan and we ask that she contact our World Finance Corporation office in *** ***, Tennessee to work out suitable arrangements for her account. Sincerely, WORLD ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
In the companys response they are stating they CANNOT delete credit reporting which is a
lie. In fact they can. Credit laws only require you to report accurately if you do report. You are in control of whether or not you report at all and you do have the capability to request the CRAs to delete the listing. I am asking for a courtesy deletion due to the very unprofessional practices of your employees which almost caused me a job loss by caling my boss multiple times a day ....my work phone as well as my mothers....then coming to my house.....and being rude and cursing on the phone! If this is not resolved in a timely manner I promise you that we will take this case to court They are citing a credit law that is indeed correct that if you report an item you must report it correctly however your are NOT required to report it and you CAN delete it. I know credit laws.....and you are under no obligation to report a tradeline and can request removal of a tradeline as well via an e-OSCAR request

Ms*** visited the *** location on February 4, to have her taxes preparedAs she states in her complaint, she received her federal refund in “a timely manner.” When she called the *** office on February 20, to inquire about her state refund, branch manager *** *** explained to Ms*** that her preparer was no longer with the company and he would have to do some investigation and get back to herMr*** contacted our Tax Tech help desk and discovered that Ms*** state tax return had been filed, but a particular form needed was mistakenly left out and was needed in order to complete the returnMr*** was instructed to print this form and send it to the state for proper filing and return processing, which he didMr*** also contacted Ms*** to let her know about the situation and that he had taken care of the issue. Ms*** later spoke with Ms***, who requested a refund of her fees paid for the tax preparation service. Ms*** obtained a $(amount received) loan on March 6, from our ***, Idaho branch location and agreed to repay it in (9) monthly payments of $beginning on April 6, As of the date of this letter, a payment of $is due, as only $has been paidMs*** claims the loan “jumped from $to $900.” She received $in loan proceeds; however, the amount she will pay back over (9) months with all charges and fees will be $A copy of the contract detailing all amounts is attached. Regarding the partial payment issue, we can accept partial payments if received before the actual due dateOnce the payment becomes due, we do not accept partial payments as they will not move the account from past due status to current, which does not help the customer; only a full month’s payment can be accepted in order to properly age the accountThe branch manager has been trying to work with Ms*** on her paymentsWe received a payment on May 1, and no additional contact until May 12, 2015; the account was then held until June 3, Ms*** then contacted the branch that day and informed the manager of her medical conditionThe manager agreed to hold the account until July 3, at Ms***s request, but that promise to pay was brokenThe branch tried to call, but the phone has been disconnected and no additional contact has been made. It appears that our practices and responses have not violated any state or federal laws or regulations. W hile we are willing to work with Ms***, we request that she stay in contact with the local branch to Yoursmake anyvery necessary truly, arrangements and uphold her promises to pay.
