This case can be closed please. After more than 1 month and calling for about more than 40 times I got the money back.

I went to NEXUS Co. on Thursday, June 2nd and was informed that I can pick up my refund in full on Monday, June 6th (as they also stated in their respond to you on June 3rd). I tried to call NEXUS all day yesterday but as always I got no answer.
Today I went to NEXUS at their address but again there was no money. They said they meant tomorrow Wednesday not Monday (although they dated it as June 6th).
So, I believe I will try one more time, tomorrow, to go pick up my money and inform you what will happen.

sorry for late reply in this case our policy is to replace the used monitor if possible or upon examination of such for damage refund the customers money if adacuate replacement cannot be found
