satisfaction to this resident.Upon move in, [redacted] had complained of the smell of smoke within the apartment home, and other appliance complaints, as detailed individually on pages 2 and 3 of this letter.This of course, is not the type of experience we want our residents to have, especially upon move in to their new apartment home. We take great pride in providing like-new luxury apartment homes, that exceed the expectations of our residents.Beginning on Page 2 of this letter, please see details regarding each individual complaint, as well as a description of actions taken to remedy the individual issues. Our office has been in constant communication with [redacted], regarding plans of action, repair/replacement statuses, etc.,Unfortunately, we were not able to rectify all issues, as quickly as [redacted] had expected, but we have been diligently working on the issues, to bring this resident satisfaction, and peace of mind,At the present time, as you will discover, all issues have been tended to, and finalization of the odor remediation is underway, with expectations to be fully resolved by this upcoming Sunday 8/20/17.Should you have any questions, or require additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me.Kind Regards,Nikki B[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: the smoke smell is still there. They have taken several measures to remedy the situation however it has not been resolved yet. As of an email this morning they are in contact with regional leadership to decide next action. The other issues have been resolved.  Basically they are still working on it.
