My next door neighbor chose Bell Brothers to replace their heating and cooling system. (I know my neighbor who does a thorough job comparing contractors.) Worked with their rep, we just got our furnace replaced (leaving my existing cooling system in place). Their prices are competitive. I liked the way they provided quotes of different options with good explanations of pros and cons. I liked how they evaluate the installation with me. One year of maintenance services are also included in the price. I took the chances to replace my humidifier.
Installation was done swiftly. The humidifier works very well. And, post installation services were great. I had concerns about how I can clean the cooling coil pan. (As a home owner, you can do some minor cleaning to avoid problems, which I had done before.) They came back to add an access door. The new temperature control has a much more complicated logic/program to control the frequency of heating/cooling cycle. I still like my old and simpler control for this particular feature. But, I appreciate their effort by sending a tech over to work with me.
