Just when you thought honest people no longer walk this earth Marty not only answered his phone, he said he'd come by the same day, he gave me an estimate and asked when do you want it done, we said today and it was done! He shows up and gives us the best price, the fastest service, and incredibly tells us not to pay unless we are satisfiedThis NEVER happens in today's society This is by far the most unbelieveable code of work ethics I have come across in almost 40+ yearsMy only regret is that I never heard of this company until I needed repair work, otherwise I would have had them install the entire fence initially The price was $less than the original installerswhich was USA fencingSo don't call USA fence before you call MartyI swear he is better than I expected I also posted pictures to FB and had over friends see his work I limit the number of people I share things with on FB

Review: I brought 2 mens ties to be dry cleaned. 1 Burberry tie (cost $150) and one Fendi tie (cost $80). The Burberry tie appears to have been laundered rather than dry cleaned and is all crinkled in the silk material. The Fendi tie is ripped and has chemical stains throughout the tie. When I went to speak with [redacted], he claimed he did not speak English. Upon further conversation, he did in fact speak English and refused to reimburse me or try and repair the ripped tie. He threatened to sue me due to loss of customers while I was in the store trying to get him to resolve the issue. He told me to come back another day without explaining how he would resolve the issue at a different time.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the cost of the ties OR have the dry cleaner purchase the Burberry tie from [redacted] where it was purchased. I have been unable to locate the Fendi tie on their website, so I would accept reimbursement for the tie.
