I visited this urgent care facility on October 3, 2015 and it is now October 12, 2015 and I have been unable to obtain my medical record for the visit because the "doctor" has not signed off on it yet. I was told 2-3 days, then 7 days, what is the correct turnaround. I have been calling and have been told by the front office staff they would advise the doctors that I had been calling in but this still did not prompt them to find any importance in signing off on my records. I have never been to an urgent care facility where I had to wait this long. Normally you can get a print out before you leave. Also the nurse gave me a dangerously low blood pressure of 79/65 and offered this information "sometimes that's normal in small people". I have been "small" all my life and my bp has never been that low. The nurse practitioner came in to see me and did not event mention the bp. I had to ask her about it. Turns out the digital machine was way off and the manual device read my pressure at the correct rate. I am appalled by this service and do not recommend them to anyone at all in the future.
