As a Capricio salon and spa we never had any groupon promo for keratin express at all.The *** she refers to she doesn't work at Capricio salon & spa or have any business relation with them what so ever, she only rent a chair up stairs and operate under a totally different business and
entity and run her own promos and businessSince the complainta purchased the groupon I am sure she has a copy of that purchase, and I challenge her if she can show that the groupon purchase came from Capricio salon & spa....?

Review: I tried to file a complaint through consumer protection, but they took over a month to respond without any solutions, so a consumer protection agent suggested for me to try my claim here. It started off when I was on Groupon looking at discounted hair services. I suddenly saw a Groupon from a lady named [redacted], working at Capricio salon, offering a Keratin Express Treatment for only $49. When I first entered Capricio, I told the front desk lady that I had an appointment with [redacted] and I showed her the Groupon. She said that she saw my appointment in the computer and told me to have a seat. Then a lady, whom I thought was [redacted] sat me down for a too quick, 2 to 3 minute, consultation. Then the lady took me to wash my hair. I began to ask her about the price and she just said that my Groupon will be applied without mentioning the price. It seemed like the front desk lady told everyone. Then she directed me to go upstairs with this male stylist. I thought it was just to prepare me for treatment with her. I thought about how she said she was having a baby in February, so I thought she might have him do part of the treatment and continue later. However, he did the full treatment. I asked him if it was still $50 and he said yes. But, he might not have heard me well because of his English skills. He seemed really shy whenever I tried to talk with him. No one at the salon ever mentioned the real price to me until the end of service. It also turned out that [redacted] wasn't in that day or affiliated with their salon, but yet they pretended they were until the en of service. They could have at least been honest with me at the beginning. I asked about the price at least three times. They have even lied about their prices during my e-mails with them. In a letter they wrote for consumer protection, they shared sentences admitting to some unethical practices involving the services they forcefully provided.Desired Settlement: I desire to have at least a partial refund. It's unethical to steal clients and additionally not disclose your prices or side effects.
