Capriotti's Sandwich Shop

I went into the business about 1 hour processing the order and my lunch was not ready. I asked for a refund and was told that the only way to get a refund would be to go through corporate online and the staff refused to provided the phone number. The owner of the location refused to talk to me and the staff was very rude. I was never refunded the money I spent at this location and not one of the staff did anything about essentially stealing my money.
