Capri's Pizza

Review: On April 19th, 3:00 PM, four family members visited Capri Restaurant at [redacted]. Three members had arrived and were awaiting the fourth member of their party. The waitress, named [redacted] took our order of beverages. One in the party indicated coke - the second member of the party indicated a small coke, no ice. The three members of the party questioned the number of slices in a pie as they were awaiting the fourth member. The fourth member arrived and the order was placed. The waitress did not bring a small coke no ice as requested but a large with ice. Upon a revisit of the waitress named [redacted], beverages were refilled; however, [redacted] the waitress noted Pepsi. This was the start of a most unpleasant experience. Because of health concerns, I indicated that I cannot have Pepsi and would end up in a hospital. [redacted] said she wrote Pepsi down; however, all four members of the party verified a request of coke. She was requested to remove Pepsi. Within 5 minutes, [redacted] went to wait on another table and said allowed - we have Pepsi products - a very intentional and blatant response. At the end of the meal, [redacted] was confronted with her unprofessional demeanor. [redacted]'s response, "You must be the smart one." Another response from [redacted], I knew you were trouble because you could not decide between a med and large pizza." Needless to say, four very educated customers were appalled with the lack of courtesy and customer service. As a result, a call was made to the manager, Shirley Dirosa, All of the aforementioned was noted and all details were relayed. The manager was given two weeks to write a letter of reprimand to [redacted] and also procure a letter of apology before the Revdex.com would be contacted. Shirley Dirosa affirmed that this would be carried out - to date - she did not fulfill her verbal affirmation that she would do so in writing. Shirley was given fax number with regard to documentation - letter of reprimand and apology.Desired Settlement: Letter of reprimand from Shirley Dirosa to [redacted] and letter of apology from [redacted] to customer - both faxed.
