My friend for years has been taken to Life Care Center of Michigan City ,INI was complaining about rotting food next to her Bed, no napkin to wipe her self and Day and a half old water not replenished which came to my attentionI talked to the nurse on duty about fresh water and she gave my friend tap water I complained, the nurse gave me a hateful lookAs I was pushing her to her room a resident came out of her room previously their were articles were missingI took a picture for id when I was in the hallway at that moment a resident fell out of their wheelchair and bleed profusely from not being watched , I asked if they want me to call a paramedic they just looked at me and seen I had a phone and assumed I took picturesI go back to the room and the nurse told me to delete the picture but she did not understand I did not have a picture of their neglect she called the police and had them escort me outI came back the next day and they said I was no longer allowed in the building even being her caregiver which she has lived with for yearsFurther more I also complained in the beginning about them giving diabetics which my friend is sweet things with high sugar and no one responded toUnfortunately this all happened on Christmas Day I would think twice before admitting, LLC people candy coat and smile in your face to cover the neglect and Holy-cost
