Capron Park Zoo

If I could give the capron zoo less than one star I would. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS "ZOO". This zoo is the worst zoo I have ever been to. They do not have adequate space or resources to care for the animals. The enclosures are extremely small. The lions were malnourished and it was visible. The male lion looked like he had just undergone rapid weight loss- little muscle, the outline of the bones were seen through the excess skin hanging from his chest and stomach area. The majority of the animals were either pacing or walking in circles confused. For example, the sloth bears one was sleeping on a ledge the other kept walking in circles then into the wall of the enclosure in a distressed state. Very sad.
