In Mr *** statement he claims to have have gotten gas which was not the case All my dispensers are clearly labeled Regular,premium,super unleaded and diesel Evidentelly he didn't look at the dispenser before he started pumping He also states his receipt states that he got
gas which is probably true since he told the cashier he got gas my credit card machine has each item on it diesel included So in my opion he was in a big hurry since it was a holiday didn't pay attention to what he was doing and now he wants me to feel responsible for his mistake In closing I don't feel I am responsible for his mistake therefore I am not obligated to cover his mistake

I will respond with more details tomorrowI want to verify the receipt says unleaded as well as dieselAlso, it is my understanding that the nozzle for diesel fuel is suppose to be larger than an unleaded nozzle and should not fit in an unleaded tank
