I have been contacting the CapSource company at least monthly since November of in attempt to have my investment released as the contractual date for completion was January of Account Rep Mike *** initially stated he was working towards completion of this, but then moved to stating he was unable to process my requests, and now will not even answer or return phone messagesMr*** has failed to maintain contact, failed to provide customer service, and has failed to provide documents personally requested and documents requested by my attorney
Despite my contractual requirements for the investment being fulfilled in its entirety, CapSource representatives are stating in order for my investment to be released, I must take a financial cut, which I refuse to doI invested the full $22,and have completed all requi

1) Invested in Trust Deeds with CapSource which worked nicely
2)Then they offered a real estate investment thru *** that they affiliated themselves with which turned out to be a scam and *** is being indicted and going to trail for fraudulent sales of these condos
3)Steve ***, Owner of Capsource, agreed in writing to pay 50% net loss upon sale of condo which was closed on 6/21/
4)Now after months, he has not responded to my numerous phone and emails messages
5) His lack of response to phone messages and emails has been on-going over the last years but one of his associates, Duane *** has suggested that I don't email or call Steve so much and that he will respond and assured me that Steve will make good on the 50% But it is now more than months and feel this is Unprofessional and why I am
