Invested retirement $ into fraudulent real estate w/Capsource who agreed to pay 50% net loss upon sale on 6/21/16. Now they will NOT respond to me. 1) Invested in Trust Deeds with CapSource which worked nicely. 2)Then they offered a real estate investment thru [redacted] that they affiliated themselves with which turned out to be a scam and [redacted] is being indicted and going to trail for fraudulent sales of these condos. 3)Steve ***, Owner of Capsource, agreed in writing to pay 50% net loss upon sale of condo which was closed on 6/21/16 4)Now after 2 months, he has not responded to my numerous phone and emails messages. 5) His lack of response to phone messages and emails has been on-going over the last 2 years but one of his associates, Duane [redacted] has suggested that I don't email or call Steve so much and that he will respond and assured me that Steve will make good on the 50%. But it is now more than 2 months and feel this is Unprofessional and why I am
